Jaazsugar Media does not have access to your personal information, such as names (including subscriber names, usernames, and screen names), addresses (including mailing, residential, or business addresses), and phone numbers unless you provide this information based on your interactions with us and the choices you make, including privacy settings and the services and features you use. This data is only used to manage your subscription and enhance your experience with our VPN services. Except in specific cases, we do not automatically collect any personal information from you.

When you access the app to use our VPN services, the app assigns a unique identifier linked to your device’s ID but not tied to any other personal information. This identifier allows us to verify your account and the level of service you’ve signed up for before establishing a VPN connection.

For some payment methods, such as certain Mac versions of our VPN services, you may be redirected to a third-party payment processor (e.g., PayPal) to complete the transaction. We do not collect information about the websites you visit or any data stored on or transmitted from your device, including data transmitted through the VPN network. Specifically, Jaazsugar Media does NOT have access to the following information under the limited connection with your personal information and the non-collection of websites visited or data transmitted:

We collect information about whether a VPN connection is successful on a particular day (but not the specific time of day), to which VPN location (but not your assigned outgoing IP address), and from which country/ISP (but not your source IP address). This minimal information allows us to provide efficient technical support, such as identifying connection problems, offering country-specific advice on using our VPN services, and enabling our engineers to fix network issues.

Size of Data Transferred (but not any websites visited or data transmitted from your device)

We collect information on the total data transferred by a user. Although we aim to provide unlimited data transfer, if we notice that a user consumes significantly more traffic than others combined, affecting service quality, we may reach out to the user for clarification.

Anonymous Data for Network Diagnostics, Study, and Analysis

With your permission, we collect minimal usage statistics and anonymized analytics data for network diagnostics in our network operations tools to optimize network speeds and identify issues related to specific apps, VPN servers, or ISPs. We ensure that the information we collect is fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to individual users.

Although we provide services to users to improve network speed, we cannot uniquely identify any specific behavior of any user because thousands of users share the same location simultaneously, and usage patterns overlap with other users connected to the same location on the same day.
